The flexibility service through pipeline storage is a service provided by the TSO, which offers the Balance Responsible Party (BRP) to use the storage capacity of natural gas transmission networks to compensate for the PRE imbalance caused by the difference between the quantities of natural gas delivered to the entry points of the transmission networks and those allocated at the exit points of the TSO's transmission networks on a gas day.
